Kristina lives in San Francisco. Her ambitions have included being a policewoman, a Safeway grocery bagger, a singer, and an astronaut. Currently, she is considering psychology and poetry. Kristina is concerned with the contamination of freshwater and deforestation. She greatly enjoys writing poetry, singing, and meeting new people. She has written for her school literary magazine, played piano with the jazz band, and has volunteered much of her time in high school. She was a participant in 1998 and is a freshman at Stanford this year.
